By using this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy Statement regarding personal information provided by you. The terms “we”, “us” and “PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC” refer to PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Services team. Please note: once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to that order.


Thank you for shopping at PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC. In order to tell you about our latest products, specials, and other news, we ask for your email address. To fulfill your order, we need your address, phone number and credit card information. Please rest assured that we have done our best to ensure the privacy and security of all transactions. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. From the moment you start the payment process, you are on a secure server, using what is called SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Your credit card and personal information is encrypted when transmitted to us and are stored in a secure environment. We will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent.

Refunds Are Only Accepted For In Store Purchases Only:

PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC prides itself on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or a store credit within 10 business days of the received date.  PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC does not accept any items that have been worn, treated or altered; they must be in their original “new” condition with all tags attached.  First, email customer service at to advise of any issues you had with your order then simply fill out the return form on the bottom of your packing slip and send us the items you would like to return for processing. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC recommends that items are sent back with insurance to protect you from loss or damage during shipping. Returns take approximately 3-4 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable. Shoes returned without the original box will not be accepted.  All items must be shipped back in an outer carton.  Any shoe boxes shipped back without an outer shipping carton will be refused.


PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC would love the opportunity to process your exchange (excluding final sale items). Simply specify the reason for the exchange on the return slip and advise what you would like to exchange it for. To ensure you get the desired item please call or email us so that we can place your new item(s) on hold. There is no need to place a new order our customer service team will handle it for you. It is the customers responsibility to ship the exchange items back to PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC. The first outbound exchange shipping cost will be handled by PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC, any shipping fees after that will the responsibility of the customer.


 ***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products,  worn items, shipping fees, items with scents, stains or signs of wear***

Store Credits: 

Store credits will be issued for any returned merchandise and will remain on file up to 1 year from the order date. If you owe PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC a balance toward your exchange, we will issue an invoice via PayPal for payment. Exchanged merchandise will not ship until the balance is paid.

Refused Packages:

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping cost plus return shipping to PJAZZY SHOETIQUE LLC headquarters.

Damaged or Defective Items:

All Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via email within 14 days of your order date. We may request that you send the items to our facility for further review. If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product with the same style or a style of comparable value. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it was received.
